The boots, there are more options with them.
ummm... hate to counteract with other comments, but I would go with the dress. haha. sorry if i am making it harder. ;)

I really like that dress!
That dress is super cute but.... if you can only keep one, you will be able to wear the boots more and find a similar dress at a lower price....
